These guys are just top tier. Fast, efficient and well priced. As a family of 10 we have a ton of tech and these guys have helped us fix all of it. Laptops, PCs, phones, tablets... heck I am tempted to bring them my Switch controllers at this point.

We ordered the “Pulse” gaming tower for our Son Monday evening. The team at AC hand delivered the box to our door less than 24 hours later after driving 100km during rush hour. He even offered to stick around and set it up for us. The PC is purring 🐈 and our Son is extremely happy Great service. Highly recommend :)

This store is exactly what Alexandria was missing. Had my pc cleaned and upgraded there. The staff is amazing they were super thorough. I feel like I have a new pc it’s so clean! Highly recommend! This PC runs like a dream and looks like one too! I'm no expert on computers but Alexandria Customs was beyond helpful in explaining the components and helping me choose ones that fit my own personal needs. They also worked passionately to create a beautiful fantasy inspired scene, including an animated portal and 3D printed figure of Sylvanas Windrunner, within the PC itself. Cody was very professional throughout the entire process and was kind enough to provide me with consistent updates and photos of my custom PC's journey from start to finish. Firstly I had the pleasure to interact with Cody whom is the founder but also a pc builder enthusiast! He responded to my interest within the hour and proceeded to respond to my questions that didn’t necessarily pertain to the PC I was purchasing. It was a pleasant and unique sales experience with a on the day delivery option in which I cancelled last minute.
