Alexandria Customs - Return, Shipping, and Exchange Policy

This policy explains what can be returned, what is final sale, and how returns/exchanges/claims are handled.

Return eligibility

  • Any general purchases from the store (keyboards, mice, etc.) are refundable within 30 days, as long as they’re in their original condition, with original packaging intact, and complete with accessories.

Non-returnable items (covered by our Guarantees)

  • All PC sales (custom, prebuilt, and recertified) are non-returnable and subject to Bullsh*t-Free PC Guarantee. By default, you have 60 days to report any issues that arise through ordinary use of the computer for us to assist you under the Guarantee.
  • All other tech device sales (phones, tablets, monitors, etc.) are non-returnable and subject to Bullsh*t-Free Tech Guarantee. By default, you have 14 days to report any issues that arise through ordinary use of the device for us to assist you under the Guarantee.

Final sale items

  • Any storage devices such as external drives, USBs, SSDs, etc. are final sale.
  • Gift cards are final sale.
  • All PC components are final sale. To ensure successful installation of your new component, please consider having us install it for you in the store. Attempting to return a CPU, GPU, motherboard, cooler, fan, case, RAM, or any other PC components will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Services

  • All service charges including labour and housecall fees are final sale. However, if we can’t fix your problem, labour is free unless otherwise established. “Can’t fix” means the issue is irreparable or outside the scope of Alexandria Customs, and does NOT include scenarios where a solution is possible but the customer chooses not to move forward with the suggested solution.

Shipping, returns, and fees

The buyer is responsible for paying all tariffs, import fees, and other postage expenses which may apply beyond the initial shipping fee.

All returns, exchanges, and warranty claims are handled in-store only and the buyer is solely responsible for bringing/shipping the product to Alexandria Customs at their sole expense.

Exception

If your item is defective or not as described you may contact us to arrange for compensation for your return shipping fee. This will be processed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Alexandria Customs.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

While we are proud to offer fast and tracked shipping, and although our parcels are carefully packed, Alexandria Customs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact your local post office for more information about their policy for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Large items

We do not currently offer shipping on Desktop PCs, PC Cases, and other Large Items (desks, chairs, etc).
