    We'll contact you shortly by phone to book your delivery appointment at a time that works for you.

    Get comfy while we bring your PC straight to you! We help set up your new PC plus any accessories. We can also answer any questions you may have about using your new rig.

How Local Delivery Works

What is your delivery zone?

We offer delivery service to addresses within a 150km radius of our store in Alexandria, Ontario. This includes Ottawa, Gatineau, Cornwall, Montreal, and everywhere in between! This radius is Canada only and excludes the USA.

If your address falls outside of this zone you will have to arrange for in-store pickup or contact us to discuss other arrangements.

What are your delivery hours?

We typically offer next-day (and sometimes same-day) delivery appointments in the evening between the hours of 6:30 pm and 9:00 pm.

For those unavailable during this time window, we can book an appointment at a time of your convenience however next-day delivery is not guaranteed.

Please note in event of a disruption to our normal schedule due to illness, holidays etc our delivery availability may differ. You are welcome to call and establish delivery availability before placing your order!

Do you really set up everything for free?!

Yes. We want to make custom PCs as accessible as possible! We can assist you with the entire setup so all you have to do is enjoy your new computer. This includes any accessories purchased alongside your PC (even printers, LED strips, desks, and gaming chairs).

We are also happy to stick around afterwards to assist you with any questions you may have regarding your new setup.
