How much will repair service/support at Alexandria Customs cost?
You pay only $50 per hour for our friendly tech support services and basic repairs!
Repair jobs of a more complex or delicate nature could be subject to premium rates. Any parts (if necessary) cost extra. You're more than welcome to contact us at 613-525-2211 to get a free quote and establish a price before we fix your device.

Do you do house calls?
Absolutely!
For house-calls we charge our standard $50/hr rate plus a flat fee of $50.00 within Alexandria or $100.00 elsewhere (up to 150km away from our store). The smiles are included for free! Please call or email us to book your at home appointment.
