What’s covered

• Unexpected failures (parts + labour): If a part/component fails through ordinary use, we cover both the parts and the labour.
• Common examples: LCD/OLED screen failure (black screen/backlight), touchscreen/digitizer failure, camera failure, battery failure (won’t power on / won’t charge), network module failure, speaker/microphone failure.
• Accidents (labour covered, parts extra): If something happens like a drop or liquid damage, we’ll cover the labour for the repair. Parts are extra.
• Ongoing support: Tech support directly related to the device in-store, online, and over the phone during business hours.
• Cleaning & maintenance: Ongoing device cleaning and maintenance services in-store.

What’s not covered

• User-caused damage (parts not covered): Mistakes, neglect, negligence, or accidental physical damage aren’t covered for parts. If a repair is possible, we’ll still do the labour portion free of charge — parts are extra.
• Lost or stolen devices: Not covered.

One device per Guarantee. If you want multiple devices covered, you need one additional extended Guarantee per device.

If repair or replacement isn’t practical or possible for something that would otherwise be covered, we may cancel and refund the Guarantee purchase amount in full instead.
