What services do you offer?
Although it doesn't cover everything, here is a general list of our services:
- General tech support e.x. help getting back into Google account, etc.
- Assistance with printer setup and resolving printer issues.
- Malware and virus removal. Computer clean up/tune up.
- Smart TV setup. Smart home device setup. General device setup.
How much will a housecall cost?
We charge our standard rate of $50/hr during the timespan of the appointment.
A housecall fee is applied of $50 for local (Alexandria and immediately surrounding area) and a $100 housecall is applied to non-local within our delivery range (150KM Radius of Alexandria).
