I was looking to upgrade or buy new, and after talking with the knowledgeable staff, they were very upfront and honest about what I had, where I am, and what my options were. Brandon helped to guide me to a pc the team at customs had built that fit the exact needs I was going for well within a reasonable budget. They took the time to show me around the store and answer any questions I had posed, ensuring to alleviate any concerns I had, They are a small local business that goes above and beyond what you would expect from customer service. They show passion and commitment for what they are doing, If there is a tech problem there is a pretty solid chance these guys can fix it, (Phones/tablets/pc/etc) and they even do house calls. Called to get my pc re-thermal pasted. Person was very nice and helpful on the phone. When I braught it in, the owner was there and was very nice and genuinely wanted to make sure my pc was fixed right. Great place!

The gentleman working at Alexandria customs computers were sensational they knew I wanted an upgrade they came and picked up the computer disconnected it did the upgrade in almost 2 days removed any damaging software that shouldn't be there providing me complete service and knowing that they would come to my home and take care of the situation because of my disability was completely appropriate and it shows compassion for the community.

Had an amazing experience with Alexandria Customs!!!! They got back to me right away, had a parts list fast and the pc built just as fast!!! They found me the coolest pc case that fits right into my set up and took the time to add custom fans and wires!! When they delivered the pc they had it installed fast hooked up all the wires and were super helpful! They were super friendly and professional!! THANK YOU FOR THE AMAZING PC!!!!

I would def leave more stars if I could. Cody is amazing, the service is incredible. We are sooo lucky to have these folks and their skills available 6 days a week and so close to home. I can't say enough good things about this place. Keep them in mind.

Had a really great experience with Alexandria Customs. I got a phone call soon after sending in a request for a custom build, and I had the PC within 2 weeks despite the Canada post strike slowing things down and it being the holidays. Would highly recommend this shop!

As promised, Paid at bit more for expedited service but was delivered upgraded the next day, Very friendly and honest Staff. You guys are 5 stars for a reason. Well worth the upgrade and they bought back my old tech, saving my sons upgrade some cash.. Thanks gang... we will be back..
